IS NOT JUST A COMMANDMENT, IT IS A NECESSITY.

LOVE IS NOT JUST
A COMMANDMENT,
IT IS A NECESSITY.
Love is not merely a commandment, but above all, a necessity, the
necessity of a human being to
be like God, the necessity to live as a human being.
Love is a necessity because human
beings need to live in peace, justice, truth and unity and respect for
one another; or else humanity will destroy itself. Love is the means
to preserve the integrity of humanity for ever.
Love involves two actions from us:
1. We must begin
by renouncing to all forms of
harming one another. Our world does not even come close
to meeting this minimum requisite, for it is evident that the powerful
are intent on conquering and taking advantage of the weak.
2. We must promote
equality, unity, respect, peace and justice for all,
even at the cost of one's life, for that is what God did in order to
demonstrate his love for us.
